Another silly story. And Eva is so obviously heavily pregnant- she doesn't bother trying to hide it with a cushion or coat folded over her arms now- that everyone would have noticed.

Another odd story recently was the hospital DJ. I got confused last week or the week before whenin one scene instead of being in the hospital he was in either Sally's house or Gail's house and I couldn't work out why. Trouble is, I find I'm not watching with 100% attention now.

I really find it strange that we ( all of us sensible and educated people) still watch any of the soaps but I can't seem to stop and spend most of the time muttering at the stupidity of the storylines!

Also agree about Eva as I've said before how come no-one has noticed she's seven months pregnant, especially Leanne who misses nothing !!

Although many of us watch soaps, how many actually turn on just to see them or would rush home so as not to miss an episode? I suspect for the vast majority its because they are on at the time they are, when most people finish their evening meal and just sit down or watch while doing something else. Not much on tv these days makes me actually want to watch and I certainly don't care if I miss an episode.

I won't miss an episode of Corrie, lankeela. It's the only soap that I watch and I have it on series link.

I notice that most of them have cars that they neither mention or use, a few years ago Rita had a Mercedes and gave someone a lift in it, never seen or heard of it since, ;o) they jump in and out of taxis as if they were free, also whenever there is a wedding everyone has a new top to toe outfit which is never seen again, where do they hide the massive hats too? Why oh why do I keep watching it.....?uu

They are all either eating/drinking in The Rovers, Roy's or the bistro. How brave it seems now of the producers of Brookside to decide to make the programme without a convenient pub or café where all the characters could meet and interact. Can you imagine Corrie or Emmerdale like that?!
