I have been given offers from two universities. One wants 96 UCAS points the other wants Distinction Distinction and C grade in my epq. If I don’t get a C in my epq but have enough UCAS points as my btec is a double award each worth 2 A levels will the other university still consider me

Ask the admissions office ...if they say yes then keep the effort up to get the best you can. different results may well be considered but not if enough people have gained the results that the college specified to begin with.
O sorry -
yes the answer is yes
good advice from Mally J

well done for getting two offers - dont go for "96 pts - O what am I going to do if I get 95 ?".
Instead study for the best result you can and then say "look this is what I got - do I still get the place?"

Places become available at random on the best courses.
