I'm having problems with ITV, CH4 and CH5. It says "This channel is scrambled or not available"
BBC 1 and 2 are ok.
Any advice please?

Just tried and that selection is greyed out, which means it is unavailable.
Just turned it off at the socket and back on again. All is now ok.
