Dan Dare In The Eagle

I used to look forward to getting The Eagle every week when I was a boy. Apart from Dan Dare and his arch enemy, The Mekon, I can't remember any other of the characters that populated its pages.
Anyone with a better memory than me?

None of them ring a bell.
I do remember there was a centrefold which showed the innards of ships, aeroplanes, and the like.

PC49 and his London Boys Cub which contained the Terrible Twins. Which led to my twin brother and me being called "The Terrible T------ Twins" since our surname began with a T. Even the appalling teachers used this epithet as they were too stupid/carelsss to tell us apart, so we struggled to achieve a sense of individual identity throughout our years at school.
