Does anyone know the name of the song played throughout the movie.mostly at the sad moments? I think it may be by a band called Ivy but i cant seem to find the song anywhere....?

The two tracks by Ivy on the soundtrack are;
"Edge of the Ocean" and "I Think of You"

I have both of those Ivy songs but it's still not the one im looking for - may not be by Ivy...its probably the song played the most throughout the entire movie
