Not a question, just want to say how much I am enjoying this programme. So pleased there have been no spoilers in the press. Reminds me of the good old days of radio and tv when a cliff hanger was just that.
More than a bit daft tonight and I was enjoyingmit thus far. A professional bodyguard attempts suicide with his Walther PPK loaded with blanks. The Suicide bomb carrier in custody ,Nadia, claiming her Muslim husband behaved in a sexist and bullying manner by locking her in the home whilst making his dodgy rv with suspect bomb makers. What is the Beeb thinking of?
Must admit to being a tad shocked when one of the main characters died - yes, we know who that person was but i am being sensitive to those who may have recorded it. It's just the type of guy i am:-) Read today somewhere that the Beeb have asked Jed Mecurio to come up with a script for a second series. Hope he obliges.
I wonder sometimes how most viewers work out what all the acronyms that are constantly used mean. Too many in my opinion. Should have a glossary of terms . The Memsahib is always asking me what ARV,PPO,CPO,SO19 etc etc . Difficult following the plot when half deaf and explaining all these acronyms. :-)
The Memsahib felt very cheated when Mrs Durrel got bumped off relatively early in the series. I couldn't believe DS Bunn was going to die at his own hands shortly after.

Ah. Perhaps this is a cunning subterfuge. Home Sec isn't really dead but the security services want the baddies to think so. Then the baddies will blow their cover and be nicked. :-)
Its brilliant to have a tv series that has a great story line, strong characters and lots of twists etc. Retrocop, I would strongly recommend Line of Duty, even though you were in the trade
