X Factor Tonight Shock

I was watching X Factor tonight and one of the contestants was singing then suddenly he went down. I thought he had actually collapsed but he had fallen off the stage. What a shock!
Great singers tonight, Brendan to win!

Yes i saw that, i think he got confused as the stage was in the shape of an X. I didn't actually realise that myself until he fell.

Only a bit of pride hurt fortunately.

I thought it was awful ,the one simon saved from the girls wasn't great .the six chair challenge is cruel .thankfully the chap who fell was ok .

why all the fuss over the American singers ,they were ok but not my cup of tea

The X factor is dire this year. I never watch the 6 chair challenge or the judges homes, too theatrical and staged. I think we gave up halfway through the finals last year, probably with ear-ache. Stopped recording it last week.

I enjoyed it, there are some very good singers in it this year.

the fall was obviously staged he would have hit a mattress placed there .(quickly removed before and shots of him were shown) if you checked the video he looks round to the back of him then steps back,and why included this "mishap" it was recorded weeks ago they could have let him do his song again not showing the fall, well it's all about ratings of course it was even leaked in the DM beforehand,
also there are marks on the stage where you should be, considering this stage is around 25/30ft deep why prance around in the last 3 ft
