My son's ex wife has been charged with common assault for slapping their 8 year old son who has tourettes across his face and cut his eye with her ring. She also took the children away a couple of days later where she was drunk and was shouting at kids the police were called and she headbutted the policewoman and was charged with assault and resisting arrest. She has pleaded guilty to the assault on police and resisting arrest but not guilty on assault to their son. Her trial is this month what are her chances of getting off. The sociaĺ have taken children from her and they now live with my son. She has to have supervised contact with them due to bail conditions
