I spent around half an hour trying to research an answer to Philipim1's question when he first posted it on AB (which is about a year after he posted it on another Q&A site) but, alas, without success.

This site is UK-based and there are several websites here which specialise in providing information about ads on UK TV. However there seem to be no similar websites for ads on the other side of the Atlantic, so it might be that nobody beyond the people involved in the production of the ad know the answer to this question.

I don't know who that actress is but a couple of other Livelinks ladies ( Nina North for example) are adult film actresses and you might be able to find their CV online and thus the casting details of the CD who cast it and find it via a backwards search. You will get some explicit results if you search her by name- you have been warned, but hope this helps you.
