Bbc Iplayer Not Working

I can’t get bbc iplayer to work.

A sign in box comes up and I click on sign in and nothing happens.

I tried looking up on the f And q page but it just went on about cookies or something.

Anyone have any tips on getting it to work?

Try clearing your browser cache. There’s an infuriating probably on BBCNI at the moment where it asks you to sign in (despite already being signed in) to listen to live broadcasts.
Clicking ‘sign in’ just takes you back to the original page! A cycle only broken by clearing the cache. Which itself is otherwise not always what you might want to do

Which device are you using? (A Window PC or laptop? An Android phone? An iPad?). And which browser are you using? (Internet Explorer? Edge? Firefox? Chrome? Safari? Opera? Avant? Vivaldi? Something else?). The precise instructions for clearing your browser's cache will depend upon those two things.

Before you can sign "in" you now need to sign "up" and create an account. Have you signed "up" to create an account?
I know you probably have, but I just thought I'd ask the question, in case.

Yes I’ve signed up. And even changed my password.

I’m on my iPad and don’t know how to delete cache or history or stuff like that.
