Ahem...’It features’.
any chance of watching Alan Rickman may be regarded as a Christmas bonus. Perhaps it was originally released in Australia?
Yes of course it is
No less than The Great Escape that no one could escape for about 20 continuous years.
Yes it is. And it's my favourite Christmas film. Can't be doing with all the sappy ones.
Totally.

I have severe doubts. I may happen at Christmas, but does it fill us with the Christmas spirit?
So what offends you about it SP

BANANASPLITS

If I told you to go away and die, I’d feel bad.
Few of us actually celebrate the Christian festival of Christmas , as in a celebration the birth of Christ. Most of us celebrate the much older pagan festival of Yuletide. Yuletide celebrates the return of Spring .
While I like it, it feels like cheating to include it.

In Bruges - now there's a proper Christmas film. ;)
i won't be watching it, saw it at the movies and that was enough for one go.
Where do you stand?

Where's couldn't give a *** muster point?
Elf is my favourite.
ELF is the bestest christmas film EVER
The only real Christmas (Christ Mass) films are those that celebrate the birth of Christ.
Eddie, do you think we don't know that?
I am really sick of seeing the so called xmas films being repeated over and over again...honestly most are rubbish...and much as I enjoyed Die Hard, Home Alone etc etc the first time or two I really can't be bothered with them. I think it smacks of the tv channels showing that they simply can't be bothered to sort out something different..
Where do I stand? Hopefully not on the broken glass that Bruce Willis’s bare feet walked on in that movie! I’ve never forgotten that!

Eddie, //Few of us actually celebrate the Christian festival of Christmas , as in a celebration the birth of Christ. Most of us celebrate the much older pagan festival of Yuletide.//

Not strictly true. Most people have no idea about Pagan festivals. They associate Yuletide only with Christmas – and that’s what they celebrate.

As 'feel good' Christmas films go, I like "Love Actually".
Films shown on I T V are determined ONLY on the basis of which will bring in the most viewers and therefore the highest advertising revenue.
