He was the one who did the chef in the car thingy, Clover.
I like Galton, quiet chap, dry, sharp sense of humour.

Yes. He has a Michelin star plus 4 AA rosettes and owns Morston Hall Holt Norfolk.
I think he’s a tad tipsy. Don’t fancy eating anything he’s cooked judging by his turbot demonstration!

He also owns an excellent fish and chip shop in Cromer.

To be fair, Cromer's a long way from anywhere! It does look lovely on the BBC Christmas advert though!

We've had fish and chips at the restaurant above the chippy in Cromer, delicious and the same price as the chippy. Also saw him in the Angel at Blakeney having lunch with his Mum. I also thought he looked a bit squiffy
