Was anyone else disappointed with the ending of this programme?

Did the people who made it all the way through actually join the SAS? Did they go back to their regular jobs?

I've watched the previous series so knew it would end roughly like that. I can't fathom why anyone would want to take part as it's not actually to get in the SAS.
Without any doubt, the answer is a big NO !
Having been on TV, there faces would have been recorded, and they are now 'known'. Interogating them now would be very easy with what is known about them.
Most of them done the course to prove to themselves what they can take, and would have been informed in the beginning that there would be no chance for them to get in the unit.
You're right 1rovert.
The SAS and the Royal Marines Special Boat Squadron are known as The Faceless Men.
