Watched this with OH this evening ,how can this be a fair contest when one does a starter one or two did mains and a couple did desserts.Surely they should do either starter,mains or a dessert then it would be a fair reflection of their ability.

I was also a bit surprised, they usually do a 2 course meal for the professional judges.
