I do wonder if TV make it up as they go along sometimes. We have a guy on this program that's got mental health issues, and cannot stand being on the outside, and wants to go back to jail. To keep it short, they film him saying he's going out shoplifting so as to get caught, and sent back. He returns with designer clothes, top of the range electronic goods, dvds and a selection of expensive toiletries, he came back displaying the goods on camera, and didn't get caught. My question is, if( you )really wanted to get caught shoplifting could you achieve it. I'm pretty sure I could pop down my town centre pick an item up wave it above my head as I go out the door , job done.

oh I didnt last that long
it was a discussion group - which has been tried before
and doesnt work
( they come back - 67% do ) same as those not in a discussion group

and the ones who turn over a new leaf and wont go back to gangs
stand out immediately like sore thumbs......
