Well, I enjoyed the show. A bit disappointed our entry didn't do better, there were much worse songs than that. In my head I still hear Terry predicting the partisan voting. I liked Norway best, so that was the kiss of death. Still think it would be good to split the contest in two, then everyone would get a crack......we'd still come near the bottom though.

Did our usual thing and sat and read whilst it was on and only bothered to look when a song sounded good. The only ones that I actually took notice of was The Netherlands, Russia and Norway. Is anybody actually surprised that the UK came last and got no votes from the public? It would have come last even it was good (I thought it was totally boring). We are not popular with Europeans! And Madonna was dire and ought to give up now before she gets any worse. I really think the whole thing is over the top and not at all entertaining. But each to his own.

When are the BBC going to realise that this is a futile waste of time and licence payers money.In the past the best song usually won but in recent years it has become a you vote for us we vote for you scenario.Although having said that, the songs the UK have entered with performers nobody has ever heard of or will do again has not helped the UK's chances.
