Has anyone else been watching this?

I'm finding it very hard to watch but it's very powerful and moving. It's like real life horror and it brings home the horrific circumstances these people faced when the disaster happened and also the impact felt afterwards.

I'm sure there are many inaccuracies but it is a dramatisation and you have to allow for some poetic licence.

Excellent series, not for anyone who is looking for a nice piece of fun on tv though .
didn't watch it. If I want to be depressed, I watch the news.
Best drama in a while.

A relief from buttoned up rich folk having the vapours
I’ve been watching it. It’s upsetting yet compulsive viewing at the same time, especially this week’s episode.
What side is it on please?
Depicts some very brave (or is that daft) individuals unfortunately not all volunteered
it's a magnificent piece of TV it manages to merge so many aspects of the human condition.

Nice :o) where are you?
Fuerteventura. No Wi-Fi in the room.
Question Author
Lovely, I went there many years ago.
Star wars was filmed close by and they have goats on the beach :-)
Question Author
Haha, I'd rather goat watch than people watch, or animal watch for that matter ;o)

Is that the new films or the originals?
Not sure. OH got talking to someone.

Sorry to make light of your thread.
Brilliant series so far. I know quite a lot about the disaster anyway as it is something I have studied. It is very accurate in the way it was dealt with and how it is being portrayed. It is very well written and the characters are human so you can feel for them as the tragedy unveils
