Surprised not to find any mention on here of 63 up. It's "reality tv" but not with "contestants" vying for fame and fortune. Just ordinary - perhaps extraordinary would be a more appropriate word for them - people prepared to share how their lives have developed and I thank them for doing so.

I have read about it before, but have not followed it since it started decades ago, it does sound interesting.
I always watch it. I get quite emotional. (but don't tell anyone)

It is interesting, chelle. You should be able to watch it on catch-up or the ITV hub but the last part goes out at 9 o'clock tonight on ITV.
Been watching this since the first one, talk about make you feel old. I also know Tony from my days greyhound racing at Harringay and Hackney Wick and have followed his 'career' with interest.
I have watched it since the start. Thoroughly enjoy it.
Suddenly wondered do they get paid anything for doing the programme?
I followed it up from the very beginning too - it is generous of them all to share their lives as they grew up. Some of it happy and some of it sad.
First class TV viewing, and its not often I say that.
I wonder how many people would like to have been featured in this series. It is fascinating
Makes you see how quickly life
passes, very unlikely to see the next
instalment, and I would think there
will be a few less to tell their tales.
Very interesting program .
I too have watched from the start in 1964 and found it really interesting to follow the lives of the diverse mix of children and what happened in to them as the years passed.
