Film Title Help

Saw a TV film a few years ago.
It was based on the true story of a bloke who forged a cheque from Camalot (for a few million)and banked it and told everyone that he had won the lottery. He lived the high life for a brief time before been found out and jailed. His nic name inside was bonus ball.

Can anyone help with the title of the film (been talking about it today and its driving me mad trying to remember the film)
