New Question Re Soundbar

Last night I got the soundbar working but today discovered that BBC2, ITV and channel 5 have no sound at all although ITV+1 and Channel 5+1 do both have sound. I have sound on all the other channels as far as I can see. I watch everything through my Sky box. I do know that for ITV I may be tuned in to Anglia whereas the Yorkshire signal always used to be better for this area. When I was messing about with mt tv remote and also the sky remote I may have done something to affect these two channels. Can one of you please give me a clue?
