I too was thinking this last night Bobbs. It's always Aunty Beth who's there and not her Mum or her Gran. I bet they turn up for the funeral though !! In real life it wouldn't happen of course.

My guess would be that she's in Kirkcudbright and has so far failed to get a taxi to pick her up due to being unable to pronounce the name.
