Removing labels,shelf presentation, colour neutral , I was happy with a dolly dressed in pink, my brother loved his fort and soldiers,

"Girls" section just gives an idea of what is likely to be there. It is helpful for me, in that I had 2 typically girly daughters and granddaughter and 2 boyish boys (not my fault lol. I have no preference whatsoever).
If stores start losing money because adults can't find things easily, they won't last long.

Eh, I thought genders was right here because I'd have thought you don't buy toys with biology in mind for such young children. But I take your point.

Biology is always about girls, boys, men, women. If people feel, think etc in a stereotypically more masculine, feminine way, it's gender (and nobody is bothered about it

I was only ever intrigued by the term legislation.

Our decisions have always been led by the child and as long as things were age appropriate and in budget, then fine.
