That's the whole point of the show. To bring out the negative sides to people.

Thanks TonyaV
He's a bit of a ***.

Although it should be mentioned that I'm a Tottenham fan.
///Ian Wright ex ( over rated ) Arsenal player ///

He's now a football pundit on BBC.
Man kicks ball for a few years and decides it entitles him to be a complete dick but nobody really cares.
Lol...I think he's alright but then, I'm an Arsenal fan :-)

Seriously though, I have a short fuse but I have the freedom to walk away, which I always do. I'm not stuck there, hungry angry and expected to do tasks I don't want to do with people I might not chose to be with.

(when I say I have a short fuse, only over minor stuff)
//I think he's alright but then, I'm an Arsenal fan//

I knew there was something I didn't like about you ;-)
Maybe he heard that Norwich held Arsenal to a 2 2 draw and Tottenham are above them in the table. But saying he doesn't want to do any more trials is an open invitation for people to vote for him to do them all! What a miserable git.
ummmm - "That's the whole point of the show. To bring out the negative sides to people."

I don't think it is.
After my thread:

https://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Media-and-TV/Question1684528.html

literally the episode after, Ian wright admitted that he had problems that he has to work through.

Seems my observations were spot on, and seems they were noticed by others also, as well as Ian himself.
Such a shame he was forced to take part ...
Ian is the second-highest paid star of the 2019 series behind Caitlyn Jenner. He is receiving £400,000.

Those who have been watching the show will see how miserable he's made the experience for others. I would rather be in the jungle with all the creepy crawlies than Ian Wright. I can't believe no one has said "I'm a celebrity, get Ian away from me".
Punching walls, throwing helmets and googles. The mans a vandal and he's never penalised! He should lose stars for punching the set, but they dare penalise him in case his top blows.
Where did he find a wall in a jungle? If things are intolerable= leave. A bit of overacting me thinks. Desp e rat e to win .
*** desperate .
It was an experiment, Spath, just like Big Brother was.

Take somewhat normal people and put them in an environment completely out of their comfort zone. You'll start to see their negative personality traits.

These aren't real traits though, they are manufactured by lack of food, privacy, and horrible awful tasks. 9 times out of 10, given a choice, people would remove themselves from a situation before they started to lose their temper. They have nowhere to go though.

And that's the game!!
