Do Movies Get Their Music From Soundcloud?

Is it true that movies like John Wick uses background music and soundtracks from soundcloud? Or they use another way to find nice instrumental music?

Nearly all of the music in John Wick was specially composed for the movie by Tyler Bates and Joel J. Richard:

The prouction budget for the movie was (according to my second link above) in the order of $20m to $30m. If you're spending that much on a film, it would seem madness to try to scrape together some music from Soundcloud, rather than pay (perhaps) a few hundred thousand dollars to get a professionally written score for it.

It's more likely the other way round - film music ends up on Soundcloud, rather than being taken from there.
