Hi retro - your link gives several different other links - I have gone on the one which appears to divide the show into three sections, but the music overlaid is so loud the dialogue is almost drowned out, and there is no chance of hearing any coughing.
Do you have a link to what you watched please?

I am afraid I went back to youtube and the 50minute clip I had watched about an hour and half earlier mysteriously could not be opened. My wife, who originally, discovered it on her Ipad, tried going back and it had been shut down. Several other shorter versions on youtube were also shown as 'unavailable' ?
According to this, ITV are going to re-air the show.

Don't know about the cheating Major but the last episode tonight appeared to show a cheating ITV executive. Paul Smith who asserts the show is his receives a court summons to attend Southwark Crown Court mid court proceedings. He rocks up at court and appears to sit in the upstairs public gallery with the rest of the ITV production crew whilst evidence is heard in the court below. A little later he appears in the witness box giving his evidence under examination by Defence Counsel. If this happened in the real trial his evidence would be disallowed surely.
I thought we should of heard at least part of the Prosecution Counsel's final address to the court. Seems like they tried to squeeze as much as they could in the drama with time running out.

Apparently, the reason they've waited for so long to appeal is due to recent innovations in technology. I can only imagine that, somehow, they've been able to pinpoint the coughing from the other potential contestants in the fastest finger first seats which now shows that some of the coughs considered to be pivotal to the case didn't actually come from Tecwen Whittock...
