I recorded it, and then managed to delete one half by accident, so had to delete the other as well.

Does anyone know which channel it was on, so I can keep an eye open for a repeat?

it was on itv4 and i've checked the pages for the rest of the week but its not on again.Tbh,itv4 keep repeating their films,so you should check every week:-)

If you recorded it on Sky, you can get deleted programmes back... don't know if that helps x
