Repetitive TV Ads

Repetitive TV Ads; Doesn't the irritating ad nauseam repetition of tv ads annoy people to the point where they begin to Hate the product? Hate the product. Or are we all made out of Glue?

It depends on the advert, the longer the advert the more annoying it is everytinme it is repeated. Take that really annoying advert where the man is slamming all the doors, that is on far too often and is far too long. and that car slamming doors one dow not work becaus eeven though I've been subjected to it 50 million times I still cannot for the life of me remember which car, or even which manufacturor it is. However I find short, comic, snappy adverts get their point across well, and I find I still sit and watch them however often they are on.

just thank god this isn't america which has 104 channels of absolute garbage with ultra-intrusive adverts; no wonder they feel like kicking ass all the time; maybe someone should bring back the extended family so we can all have a knees-up round the joanna with granny instead of grimly having our brains turned to goo; just a thought; must go; I've videoed Friday Night on C4 and I can FastFwd through the adverts; haha!!
