Watched two episodes of the above

Both shows the jackpot counter was on the bottom shelf and about a third away from the edge

The contestants did not gamble
So why did they not show what would have happened had they accept the gamble ?

Because it makes good television, which is rather the idea.
Apologies Bazile - I didn't read your post correctly.

I would suggest that they should show what would have happened if they had accepted the gamble - because that would make good television (!)
This has been answered before,I believed it was only shown if they had time to fill till end of show .
Did they always have a look at what could have happened?

If no, they're probanly showing repeats and they might be from a series when they didn't do it anyway.
