Woman's Voice In Background Explaining What Is Happening.

I am watching Home and Away recorded from this afternoon and there is a woman's voice in background explaining what is happening. How do I switch this off.

Usually the bottom left button on remote - marked 'AD'

sky? virgin? on sky press ? then toggle audio description.

You have touched the Audio Description button on your remote.....it's usually the same one as for Subtitles.

Cancel audio description

You've accidentally switched on Audio Description.

Go to Settings on your TV and there will be a facility to turn it off again.

There'll be a button on your remote probably marked "AD" ("Audio Description") - pressing that should turn it off.

It’s the small button on my Sky remote marked help. Highlight and toggle the arrow button to the right of select button.
