Been using the the same seed for 5 or 6 years now .. cut the tomato into quarters. Scrape out the seeds and whatever else. Eat the four slices. Then put your seeds etc. into a sieve. Rinse with water to get rid of the fleshy bits. Then scrape the seeds onto a bit of kitchen paper.
Use a matchstick or a pencil point to separate them. After a short time move them to stop them sticking. Leave them for a day or two while they dry out. Then just make a little envelope out of a dry piece of kitchen paper and put then in it. Write Maskotka 2020 on it and put it somewhere dry until the end of February next year when you will start all over again.
If you think the Maskotka was good .. make sure you treat yourself to some 'Sweet Apperetif' for next year.
I have had about 40kgs Of Maskotkas from 20 plants. We pulled the plants out 2 days ago, most off them are frozen now.
All that's left of the Maskotkas ..
