My list above is from the Radio Times poll but a bit of googling suggests that ITV conducted their own poll for the TV programme by directing Twitter users towards the SurveyGizmo website, where they could vote. 50 possible names (or partnerships, including Regan and Carter) were offered to viewers, who had to then drag-&-drop them into their preferred orders:
