I'm trying to remember the name of a man who used to present a type of mini crimewatch programme.It was a long time ago and I can't even remember if it was a regional programme (North West) It wasn't on for long and possibly followed on from another longer programme. I seem to think his surname was Taylor and he wore glasses.Anyone remember?
