Another Winner

Mary Berry’s roasted sausage and potato supper, all done in one oven tray with sliced red peppers, onions, small potatoes halved, sausages on top and a good slug of white wine.
So easy and so tasty.
Tomorrow I’m making another Mary Berry easy peasy one pot thing, lamb casserole with sweet potatoes and mango chutney.

You are becoming a 'One pot wonder' .. did you try the fennel and fool her indoors ?

Ha ha, nope, not yet, the fennel is still sitting in the fridge. To be honest I forgot about it till you just mentioned it....
I’ve never really liked slow cooker one pot food, just don’t like the way it cooks things, but this one tray roasting is, for us, spot on.

Put it in the tray bake .. she will love you for it .. promise. Another eye opener for a traybake is adding a splash of Balsamic vinegar. Just try it in one corner of the tray !
