I find it hard to understand why some ice creams froze beautifully and others stayed a mush!! Ingredients I suppose. Have to say this years Bake Off has been really rather boring IMO.
Ladybirder - some wonderful local builder on locaL FB page offered to come and collect it with his mate as he was going to tip a load of rubble from a recent job anyway. Thank god!!
I was never any good at science Woofgang! But why use a machine? Why not just mix it all up and stick it in the freezer ...or does that take too long? Very small kitchen in my house so little room for large gadgets!
