Music On Strictly

i felt sorry for jason last night the music was awful to dance to. what do you think ?

Sometimes that happens on Strictly, or the costumes look ridiculous and you generally find that the ones who danced to the music or wore a daft costume are then voted out.

do the pros chose the music or are they told what to have ?

I agree, music and costume weren’t great. He really seemed to try hard.
Just my opinion but I don’t feel that Luba is fully engaged with him.
May not have been a good result I fear.

I quite often think the music isn't great. Can't wait to see Nicola do a waltz and see what her frame and posture is like, or will they always have dances that mean they hardly touch

I don't really rate the singers either, they often make a hash of a lovely song or are out of tune.

they do pick some rubbish tunes for the paso some weeks .

Sloppy....SLOPPY..going down the swannee.
Tess Daley...badly dressed with unwashed hair.
Claudia....on another planet.
Judges...unprofessional in their reaction....whooping, no finess.
Music .unrelated to the dances.
Not a happy Mrs sad.

I think even pro dancers would have been unable to do a paso doble to the Star Wars theme. At least he kept smiling when it was over, though I fear he's danced his last.

I have been told that the producers give the dancers a choice of three pieces of music for their dances every week. If that is true then the production company really can skew the results - not only if the music is not suited to the dance but the audience and viewers (the voters) will always look favourably on dances with popular music they know and love.

The right one went last night, but I hope the boxer goes next, she's just too 'clumpy' and why does Katya have to dress like a man every time, will she never wear a pretty dress again??
