Bit corny, all I can say about the BBC is we all know they are unable to manage equality, between genders, or any other division, but has anyone seen the ads on ITV recently, how many families in the UK are mixed race, how many families in the ads are, it's nice for folk to see "people like us". But I wonder how long it will be before it's everyone but us. I like the references to single sex couples, people with disabilities, people of colour, we are a multi cultural, multisexual,multi-able society but one which still has a white, hetero sexual majority. And I say this from the standpoint of a white, disabled, bisexual, woman. Relevant References people please.
