Film version of R.C. Sheriffs classic stage play on BBC 2 2100hours tonight. Made in 2017 it is a topical month to show it on TV. I'm looking forward to it. If any one recalls the film ' Aces High' this is the story that Aces High was based on. The difference was a young boy volunteering for the Royal Flying Corps to meet up with his school hero and the real version is set in the trenches with a young boy ,newly commisioned joining his army regiment on the Western Front.
Hope it doesn't disappoint.
