In the Liver Birds (remember them ?) the mother of one of the girls had a budgie in a cage and she always went up to it and said 'tweet, tweet my lovely'. I always think that when I see a budgie in a cage. It was written by Carla Lane, an animal lover who opened an animal sanctuary.

I remember former popular children’s entertainers Bill and Ben being arrested today after being caught attempting to sell weed on the streets of London.
