how does a pub get all that stage decoration and a professional spotlight with out a large fee, its a stupid story line that's got so boring ,how many times has that wet son going to be beaten up by his dad

Always amazes me how they get their 'fancy dress' costumes so quickly when they are in a small village - same with parties - they are all professional outfits yet whenever I have been to a fancy dress do there have been loads of home made get ups that leave a lot to be desired.
