Oldish Film

I know this is really unhelpful information that Im gonna give you, but does anyone know the name of a film that is quite old, about a lady who is diagnosed with cancer and she and her friend go over to Las Vegas for a holiday and she meets a hunky american chap. Its quite cheesey but dead sad. Just its really bugging me. Its been on tv loads of times in the past.
