But in the meantime, it's still freezing! Once again I won't be out long! When I go out that is!
Only a wee bit of shoplifting, so I shouldn't be out long.

have an online shop coming this morning, and a meeting with crisis team volunteer this afternoon, so that takes care of my day more or less. Up earlier than normal, these light mornings are waking me up.

am ok, but have to speak with doctor about this facial tremor i have developed, its worrying me to be honest. He is going to call friday, and will discuss it then i guess.

yes to an extent, he has had his own mental health problems so can relate as it were.
