I don't know the answer, but the show was a repeat, from at least 7 months ago. (we watched it before moving house!)

Not really, I was wondering if the house had sold since that as the programme was made some time ago

I wanted to know exactly the same thing. The programme was actually broadcast first as long ago as September 2004. I remember watching it while on holiday. It is annoying that the programme makers didn't up us!
