The plots are ridiculous - Peter getting an offer of a liver as soon as he goes on the list, the only person around in the hospital happens to be one of Harvey's thugs, who manages to be there just as Simon is. Surely the police would have given them all much stricter instructions about being in hiding - makes a mockery of the real system I imagine.
