My wife is driving me crazy singing a partial piece of a song I believe is called lately but I do not know the artist. I wondered if anyone could give me some idea of who covered a song with such a title.

I know a track was sung by numerous artists with such a tilte but hope that if you could identify some artists that I might recognise who my wife's version is by?

Could it be 'lady' instead of 'lately'? Lionel Ritchie sang a song called 'Lady' where he says 'Lady, I'm your knight in shining armour and I love you'. Could it be that maybe?x

I think that , that is quite possibly right and it may have been the way it was interpreted by my wife. Now all I have to do is find the album, I do believe that we have it somewhere on one of the CD's even if only on a compilation one.
