What is the name of an anime about 10 years old that had a character who played with a tiny skateboard, was about some kind of mecha robots, and had a back story at some point of a girl in a wheel chair falling off a cliff who screamed in a very memorable way? I watched it on netflix when I was a kid and I can't find it anywhere, and I can't remember any more details.
