Does Anyone Know What Movie This Scene Is From?

There were two lads tasked with painting a rusted metal silo type structure.
Rather than paint the whole thing, they repeatedly throw a paint covered ball at it which covers it in loads of spots of paint. Looking like they have covered all the rust.

What film was this?
