Did anybody notice the faux pau by Daisy in the pub tonight when she was perched on the bar stool talking to Jenny ? She actually said 'I was ******* working' (begins with 'f') ! I was watching a recording so played it back and she definitely said it. Surprised it was left in ...

I'm very calm thank you piper and YOU are the one that is wrong !
I thought she said the f word.
no im not wrong i have listened to this with headphones on twice and though the word is ambiguous its you determining that she said the f word, you have no proof at all of this being correct except you belief its the f word nothing else, again itv's sound engineers and millions of more coro watchers would have picked up on this , not just a handful (if that) and called a "newspaper "over it,
She says flipping. No ambiguity, no effing. F-L-I-P-P-I-N-G.
To say 'flipping' the bottom lip goes under the top teeth at the start of the word and the mouth closes on the 'p'. To say the 'F' word both lips purse in to a pout at the start and that is exaggerated in to an open o shape on the 'uck'.
It is clear she says the F word.
wow i never saw that actor so close up to actually see her lip movement ,and the moment in question was one second .come on Barry you know your a wrong as burly.

My goodness piper you ARE getting worked up over this aren't you ?? I think you had better go and have a lie down in a darkened room lol. By the way, you are still wrong ......

Definitely my last word on the subject now.
piper @ 20.07 yesterday.///You don' know enough about how TV programs is soaps are edited///
You obviously do, so please explain how the 'soaps' are edited.
google it barsel,,,, and no shirl no not wound up just like correcting people who jump to conclusions
enjoy your weekend
I've counted the ones who think it was flipping and the ones that said she swore and it's even, 7 each, but because Mamya said it was the swear word she heard, that's good enough for me. :-)
I sent the link to a friend and my brother who both said she swore so again, that's good enough for me.
Shame we don't know any lip readers on this site, Barsel :D
barry the only reason I think my ears were deceiving me is because there don't seem to be any Ofcom complaints.
Unless it's early days yet.
Barsel
no complaints to ofcom should tell you that the F word said was flipping
There have been complaints to Ofcom
She said flipping.

barry you mean this complaint .there's no other one with this f word you imagine
