Tips To Wake Up More After Being Woken In The Middle Of Rem Sleep?
tips to wake up more after being woken in the middle of rem sleep?
as the title suggests - i find when im woken up in the middle of rem sleep, its always harder to 'wake-up' properly, im groggy, dazed, etc & feel like if i blinked too long i'd fall back to sleep!
but other times when i clearly wasnt in rem sleep its much easier to wake up, almost immediately 'alert' etc
i usually turn the lights on, use eye drops, stand up etc, but that doesnt really wake up the mind/brain much.
does anyone have any tips etc to wake my brain/ body up 'quicker' & 'properly' in this circumstance?
i feel almost like i need a zap of electricity & have even thought of using a tens machine to zap me, but obviously thats horrible & hurts etc, i also wouldnt know where best to put it.
