Eggheads V The Chasers Who Would Win

It would be a great quiz series over say 13 legs but no choice of any one from three ie real general knowledge. . I would go for the Eggheads

Depends on the format of the quizzes, but I agree, the eggheads seem to have the greater knowledge.

They could make it even more interesting and add the QI elves as a third team.

They are all professional quizzers aren't they? I don't know who would win but I'd definitely watch the programme!

I think the Eggheads would win - but since they work for different organisations I doubt such a contest would ever happen. I’d definitely watch if if did though.

Chasers would win if there is a time limit for answers. They have such quick recall.

I'd like the Chasers to win, the Eggheads always come over as far too pleased with themselves.

Whether they would win or not , the Chasers would be more entertaining, the Eggheads come across as boring

It's not even close, the Eggheads would win. There are world quiz championships every year. Of the 20 championships that have been held 14 of them have been won by one of the Eggheads (Kevin 6, Pat 4, Olav 4). The best any of the Chasers have managed is 11th (Paul). Of the other Chasers their best results are Anne 55th, Mark 81st, Shaun 286th and the other 2 have never entered.
