I very much enjoyed Simon Reeve's recent documentary about the lake district, he is a fabulous presenter

she didnt do all that much talking last night barry (ok a little bit)

it's clearly all a "fix" anyway - she started out at 7;30 and finished just before sunset and only walked just over 5 miles. but it's a great fix!

Did she meet many people along the way, or visit anything of interest?

Just watched on iplayer. Enjoyed it.
Nice to have a programme without "music" drowning out the narrator and ruining the peace of the scenery.

she met about 6 people - 2 farmers, 2 walkers and 1 cyclist. The only thing of "interest" apart rom the fact the dales are very interesting was a fossil she saw.
